Mail (absentee) ballot application
Michigan does not mail a ballot to everyone, so you have to ask. Apply online, or download the form, fill it in, sign it, and give it to your city or township clerk. On the form you can also join the permanent mail ballot list.
The application also comes in large print, Arabic, Bengali, Dari/Farsi, Haitian Creole, Korean and Spanish. Get the application in another language.
